Rating: - Two teenaged boys give it an “All Thumbs Up!”
Dad prefers GRAW2 but my two sons, 13 & 15, really, REALLY like what I call Brawl of Duty 5. They like the campaigns and the online play.

Please note: the language justifies the M rating. There are F-bombs and S-bombs a plenty as well as exploding heads, arms, & legs and large blood splatters. The game rquires much parental supervision and commentary to keep the gore filter (blood splatters) on and to uphold a sense of horror at the loss of human life.

Amazon distinquished itself to me. I had delayed ordering this “collector’s edition” so long that it was not available for release day delivery or within that week at the local video game store. I figured Amazon would get it to me within two days of release. Not so!! I don’t know how they did it, but we got it on release day, much to the enjoyment of the birthday boy. Thanks, Amazon!!

I really didn’t like the game. I loved call of duty 4, but this one is not that good.

I enjoy the call of duty series and love the collectors edition of world at war. I’ve been reading about all these people complaning about “The canteen is a flask, and you can’t even drink out of it” & “Your day 1 access didn’t let you use the gun in create a class” - To all of you I wanna say there is a little violin playin’ for ya between my fingers.

I bought the collectors edition cuz I love the game and I’m a major gamer. I’ve got all the gear to game and can’t get enough of it when spare time allows it’s use. Hence why we are called “GAMERS”

BUY IT, PLAY THRU SOLO, THEN ZOMBIE W/ SOME FRIENDS, THEN LOG ON LIVE AND LEVEL UP W/ DOUBLE XP RIGHT NOW!!

I read all the reviews and i agree and disagree. I am one that bought the CE and bought it at 79.99 but amazon lowered the price and thats in the lowest price garentee for pre releases. As for the perks. i got mine. Follow the direction in the package. As stated you have to go online to get the X-box code. also double points will happen in the future rank up as high as you can. the higher your rank the more points you can get. Thats one thing i noticed so far with Call of Duty 4 and CODWW. The flask isn’t usable oh well don’t really care. i think it’s cool. the gun being a preset machine gun sucks but oh well. You can still use it if you want. Oh and if you get the CE you get a gold clan name. from what i’ve seen not many people are playing with the CE. i’ve only played with 3 other people in the last 4 days that had the gold clan name. Either way i was alittle disappointed but tey gave you what they said. maybe not the way i wanted but oh well. See you in the game.

I think this game is a great game when it comes to the thrill of the campaign and the multiplayer is addicting as always. I don’t really see why Call of Duty went back to the WWII era again but i think if you liked Call of Call of Duty 4 you’ll like this one. As far as the collector’s edition.. i wouldn’t say it’s worth it unless you’re buying it since it’s a collector item.. I knew what i was getting myself into when i bought it because I’ve been a fan of the Call of Duty series and the tin artwork looked nice to collect. If you’re buying it souly for the gameplay i would buy just the game itself and save the money. This game keeps me addicted and looking forward to the title and hopefully Call of Duty 5 or 6.. If you like 1st person shooters or a fan of the series I would reccomend the game.
